Random Rants on New Year's Day

As I'm washing Jake's clothes and packing boxes for his big move to Austin tomorrow I find myself getting a little teary eyed. After all, he is my youngest and last child to leave the nest. Will he be okay? Will he eat right? Will he miss me? Will he figure stuff out when I'm not there? Then a whole new wave of emotions come over me as I realize that I haven't seen or heard from the little shit since he went out last night!!!! Oh he'll figure it out all right..lol Just wait until Mom's not around to take care of everything!! :-) Ha ha ha...now I really DO officially sound just like my mother!!!

Just saw that today is Elin Wood's 30th birthday. Yeah Tiger, I can see why you let her get away...if she only would have kept up with herself a little more!
