This just in. The coroner reports that Brittany Murphy's cause of death was pneumonia, coupled with complications from anemia. As speculated, there were many prescription drugs in her system, the names of those not yet released.
Also reported, Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson died from complications related to Diabetes.
R.I.P. to two beautiful women who are gone way too soon.
