Talked to my sweet sister Beth last night who started XYNG & Core 4 on Tuesday and she has already lost 6 lbs! She said when she weighed herself on the Wii it said something like, you are losing weight to quickly. Talk about music to the ears, if that were me I'd record that and use it as my ringtone! :-) Go Beth Go!!!!!
